Aspiration focused Business Strategy Framework
VRNET Consulting uses a three-step framework for understanding & developing the business strategy of its clients. The steps of the framework also called as of aspiration focused strategy framework is as follows
Stage One
The first stage consists of understanding the fundamental forces shaping the Industry, identifying certain and uncertain drivers for developing plausible future scenarios. This phase will identify the business model for growth i.e. growth through internal revenues/investments/acquisitions. During this stage, through a visioning workshop and a strategy syndicate the ambitions of a client will be articulated.
Stage Two
The second stage consists of understanding the road map and ambitions of the client. In this phase, the vision of the client based on current competencies and capabilities will be understood in consultations with the senior executives of the client.
Stage Three
In this phase, the various options for the growth of the client will be understood and analyzed. This phase will identify and capture market opportunities in India and abroad.
